Bay Street has a very successful Parking Agreement with the City of Port Phillip.
The ‘VISITORS’ Car spaces are to be used by visitors – a 24 hr time limit is imposed and any resident caught using these spaces as a second car space will be fined.
A “VISITOR” is deemed to be someone that visits ”occasionally”. Not someone that visits constantly.
You are reminded that this is not your second car space.
The penalty for abusing this system is in excess of $140.
The Building Manager CAN NOT have the fine revoked.
Please contact the Building Manager and arrange to collect a current ‘VISITORS’ pass.
